All orders placed on our website are subject by the purchaser to the acceptance of our terms and conditions as set out below.

All goods ordered are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order by ourselves, BJ Furnishing Limited.

Credit card orders will only be accepted providing the registered card olders name and address is given and a land based phone number at that address. Mobile numbers only will not be accepted.

BJ Furnishing Limited should be under no liability to the customer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the customer arising out of a breach by BJ Furnishing limited of this contract.

In the event of any breach of this contract by BJ Furnishing Limited the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages and in no circumstances shall the liability exceed the price of the products.

BJ Furnishing Limited are under no obligation to fulfil an order and accepts no responsibility for loss caused should the items be out of stock or no longer available or the credit card information given is invalid.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason you will be notified by phone or email.

An item cannot be reserved unless paid for in full.

All prices are based in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT Delivery charge is in addition as per order, E & OE.

Payments can be made via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, or Switch and Delta Debit cards.

Payment may also be made via a personal cheque, but the funds must be cleared before despatch of goods.

BJ Furnishing Limited use HSBC payment services.

Cancellation of your order

Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to seven days after receipt of the goods.

Cancellation must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes.

Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal duty of care to take good care of the goods.

You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form.

We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value.

The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date.

Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply.

All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.
